• PERMITS: Apple Lane Orchards is NOT responsible for required permits.
• LOAD IN, LOAD OUT, and CLEAN UP: Load ins must be started during the first day and Load outs AND cleanup must be completed by 10 AM the next morning.
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $2,000 (potentially refundable) damage deposit is required and will be issued within 30 days following inspection and checkout of facility.
