This Apple Lane Weddings Standard Wedding Package is for small to large weddings wanting to use the Pergola and expecting >50 up to 100 guests.  NOTE: The Apple Lane Weddings grounds and pergola facility can accommodate up to 200 wedding guests, but guests over 100 will be charged a nominal $10 per person charge for accommodation in addition to package price.

Apple Lane Weddings:

Apple Lane Weddings Inclusions (A $2500 Value):

• Apple Lane Estate Cottage (sleeps 7)  Friday–Sunday.
• Apple Lane Venue Pergola Friday 8 am to Sunday 4 pm.
• Apple Lane Orchards Cedar Wedding Arbor and Gardens.
• Pergola Portable Public Address (PA) System.

(NOTE: Inclusions based on 24 hours of Service for each wedding event).

• 20 Standard Buffet Tables (Each Table serves 6).
• 100 Resin Mahogany Chairs (Wedding Seating for Ceremony and dining). (NOTE: Moving of Chairs from wedding to dining NOT included in package.).
• Trash receptacles and removal for wedding party and guests (NOT VENDORS).
• 2 Parking Attendants (No Valet Service).
• Set up and Tear Down Labor (6 Hours).
• 12-hour Day of Wedding Hostess/Coordinator.
• Will require able-bodied volunteers to move tables and chairs (when required).
